Ayurveda is an ancient technology that is individualized to each person’s constitution, based on the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, space). Our physical yoga (asana) practice is just one part of the equation of health. Working with the natural rhythm of the seasons and your own genetic makeup, you will be able to optimize your life for overall resilience and health.

In this workshop, you will learn about your own constitution (dosha), what practices and activities are beneficial and how to apply them. This workshop will focus on the fall season and give you real tips you can implement right away.
