Aleysha Derksen Teacher

About Aleysha

TEACHING STYLE: I love to teach a strong and intentional flow. I would describe my classes as challenging but steady; a slower power practice is my forte. I encourage my students to engage with their practice not only through the physical postures but also through the more subtle shifts in their energy, their head space, and their general presence in the world.
